Amazing detail on the figure, really it is... It also seems a little disjointed from the background (perhaps intended, I see little time in comparison to the figure has been spent on the background, some angles are off... but it's just to frame the picture, so that's alright!)
I think the disjointedness of the figure and background might spoil it a little... he could at least make an impact on it... a shadow or something? The colours also might be a little faded... a little more vibrancy could help!
Anyway, I don't think I could ever aspire to do more detail than you have done in this piece. Really great!
